Despite my family's tale-tell signs of spring, I know it's spring when lavender is in bloom. Have no worries this recipe is super simple and you won't need to collect lavender to make this! This recipe is super refreshing and guaranteed to melt all the winter blues away.

- Matcha powder - Need this to make matcha
- Oat milk - Any type of milk is fine, I choose oat milk because it's my preferred choice. Use your favorite milk to make this!

- Instead of lavender syrup, you can use your favorite syrup to make a different flavor such as strawberry, blueberry, coconut, brown sugar cinnamon, or even cupcake!
👩🏫 How to Make Lavender Matcha Latte
Step 1: First, add matcha and hot water together and whisk until smooth.
Step 2: Next, pour into the desired cup.
Step 3: Then, fill up with as much oat milk as possible.
Step 4: Continue by adding whipped cream and lavender syrup to a mixing cup or bowl. The lavender smells amazing!
Step 5: Whisk together until it is thick and still in liquid foam. If you over mix it will become a cream. Just add more whipped cream to the cup and mix again until desired consistency.
Step 6: Lastly, pour over matcha.
Step 7: Enjoy!

Easy Lavender Matcha Latte
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon lavender syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups oatmilk
Instructions
- Mix 1 tablespoon of warm water with ½ teaspoon of matcha powder. If using a bamboo whisk use a small bowl to mix. Alternatively you can use a whisk or spoon mix it together. Mix until powder is liquidfied.
- Add matcha tea to a cup if not alraedy in a cup. If you want a warm latte heat up your milk and add to your cup.
- To a separate bowl or cup add in ¼ cup heavy whipping cream and add in lavender syrup. Use an electric whisk to whip up the heavy whipping ceam, into a thick liquid. If you've whipped to long and the heavy whipping cream turns into peaks, use a spoon to mix it down. If needed add 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and use a spoon to mix it in. Use electric whisk if needed to blend utnil whipping cream is to your desired consistency.
- Add foam to matcha latte. Enjoy!
